What is a good portable GPS that has Mandarin voice playback?

I am looking for a nice, decent GPS, nothing too pricey, but a portable one, that has Mandarin Voice playback-turn by turn navigation and also includes Canada. I like the thinner ones as opposed to the bulky looking ones. Thanks!
